Terms & Conditions

1. Custom Orders

All items are made-to-order and customized to each customer’s request. Because each item is personally designed and handcrafted, absolutely no refunds, returns, or exchanges are accepted under any circumstances. Please double-check your design details, sizes, and color choices before submitting your order.

2. Production Time

Standard production time is 2–3 weeks from the date your payment is verified.
If you need your order sooner, you may select Rush Processing and Overnight Shipping for an additional fee. Rush orders are prioritized and processed before standard orders.

3. Payment Verification

To ensure payment security, all orders must go through a payment verification process. Customers will be required to provide proof of the payment card and a valid photo ID before production begins. This process helps protect both the customer and Shoe Fairy from fraudulent transactions.

4. Order Accuracy

Please make sure all information, including your shipping address, design details, and contact info, is accurate. Shoe Fairy is not responsible for any mistakes made by the customer during the ordering process.

5. Shipping

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information via email. Shoe Fairy is not responsible for delays caused by the postal service, weather, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

6. Agreement

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these terms and conditions.
